This place is a home away from home, providing the amenities you need while you travel. King bed, queen bed, and 2 full futon couches. Westcliffe's elevation is 7,888 ft. The space The apartment is located in the Historic Feedstore building that has 2 other apartments on the second floor. Westcliffe is a special little town, that features one of the greatest views of the Rocky Mountains and the Sangre de Cristo range. We have our very own outdoor Amphitheater and Park. During the summer months you can enjoy concerts in the Park. Enjoy the onsite bar/restaurant that is open Thurs-Sun in the Spring/Summer/Fall months that has live music and other fun activities. We have the best true dark skies for star gazing and much more. There are dozens of high altitude lakes to hike, mountain bike trails galore, horse back riding, shopping, and great food... as well as peace and quiet when desired. We are just 45 minutes from white water rafting companies, two hours from the sand dunes, and an hour and a half from Monarch Ski area for you avid snow boarders and skiers. Come enjoy our special property. Guest access The entire third floor 'Penthouse' apartment. Other things to note Linens, towels, soaps, blankets, pillows, dinnerware, cookware, some spices and cooking supplies, cooking utensils, some storage bags and Tupperware, cooking appliances. We provide a limited supply of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets **This is on the third floor with no elevator.** Parking is available in the lot on the south side of the building. Garbage is disposed of in the dumpster on the north side of the building. Enjoy the wildlife that frequents the back two acres of the property.
