The space The 1st floor has the dining room, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and half bath. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath Bedroom 1 - King. Bedroom 2 - Full. Bedroom 3 - 2 twins. Bedroom 4 - This bedroom is split into 2 rooms but you must walk through one to get to the other. The first room has a queen and the second room has a king. The third floor has one king bed, a full bath and a hang out area. The backyard is private but not fully fenced in. Guest access You'll be renting the home to yourselves The neighborhood is right in the heart of Kansas City. It is a very convenient location with easy access to any stores, restaurants and local attractions that you can think of. Trails wind through nearby Roanoke Park, encircled by bluffs. Other things to note Please Note: There are two bars that sit on the street behind the home. There is potential for noise, especially on the weekends. The bars do not close until 3am There is not a washer and dryer in the home but there is a a laundromat only a couple minutes away Pets welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
