The space Our luxurious and spacious property is perfectly positioned, only a 10-minute walk to the golden sands of Lahinch Beach. The owners of Shutters have poured their hearts into creating a family home designed to be enjoyed year-round. Countless memories have been made here, and they can't wait for you to create your own in this amazing holiday haven in Lahinch. Just a heads up, there are lots of steps in this property, so watch your step! Step inside and discover a welcoming hallway leading to three bedrooms on the same level, while the master suite awaits just four steps down. Upstairs, you'll find the kitchen and living room, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Don't forget to soak up the sun on our big wooden deck, complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Oh, and about that piano? It's for decoration only, so feel free to strike a pose but leave the tunes to your imagination! Useful information: Check in from 4pm Check-out at 10am There are late check out and check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure. Cancellation/Pre-payment – Make sure you understand our policies. All Children Welcome: Please note that we do not provide baby cots or highchairs at the property. Guests are welcome to bring their own. If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection. Important notes for all our properties: Free internet access is available, but we are not liable for disruptions caused by service providers. Compensation cannot be given for lack of TV or internet. We do not provide firewood / logs. Children and babies are welcome, but our properties are not childproof. We do not provide safety equipment like stair gates or cupboard locks. Adult supervision is essential for child safety as children do not understand danger. Toiletries are not provided for ecological reasons. Please bring your own to reduce plastic waste. Some properties allow pets, but they must not go on furniture or in bedrooms. Pet traces must be removed from the premises.
