Looking for a 5-star stay with a less than 1 mile walk to the Howey Mansion and Mission inn? Our centrally located 3 bedroom Howey In The Hills House with a large fully fenced yard will be just that. Immaculately clean with fresh linens this home away from home will be everything you wanted and more. Bring the whole family to our lovely home with lots of room for fun. Located close to The Harris chain of lakes, Tavares, Mount Dora, The Villages, Disney, and the list goes on! The space Brand new A/C unit installed in 2020 Netflix is provided The garage is a game room equipped with foosball, ping pong, and darts. Corn hole for back yard fun! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house other than one storage closet in which holds our extra cleaning supplies and additional supplies for in between guests. Other things to note Check in after 4:00 p.m. - Check out before 11:00 a.m. Please do no arrive prior to check in time unless previously arranged with me. Early check in/ late check out options available upon request for an additional fee. Please keep all doors and windows closed as well as outside lights off to prevent bugs from gathering outside and/ or entering the house. Being located in lovely Florida means that with the greenery, lakes, and liveliness comes humidity and insects. We have our property sprayed for professionally and regularly to deter/ prevent insects. Please note that this home is in Florida where palmetto bugs, spiders, and other insects are common and can be found inside the home. —HOUSE RULES— Please be respectful of our house/ house rules. These rules are in place to keep our property and guests safe. No smoking, parties, or events. No unapproved pets, please list any pets that will be on property. Do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet. Do not put food down the garbage disposal. Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. No guests without approval. Only those listed on the reservation are to enter the house. Home owners are not responsible for any accidents and/or injuries during your stay. — ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES— The following will result in $100 fee: 1. Do not arrive with more people than booked on your reservation. Only those listed on the booking are allowed on the property unless previously approved with host. 2. NO DRUG USE/ PARTYING. 3. NO PARKING ON THE FRONT LAWN. This will damage the grass and the septic tank is there as well, there is plenty of parking space in the drive way and unlimited street parking. 4. DO NOT DISTURB OUR NEIGHBORS. They should not be disrupted by any means, this includes loud music. 5. NO SMOKING AND/OR VAPING IN THE HOUSE. Smoking can be done outside and ashes must be cleaned up. 6. If you bring a pet please clean up after them. No pet waste is to be left in the yard.
