I have designed a bright, cozy and minimalist place to offer tranquility. The views of orchards and typical houses in the area give it a lot of calm. The building is quiet and inhabited by families who have lived there all their lives. The building has been improved and the elevator has been installed recently. And we continue to improve the exterior and access to the building. Other things to note The neighborhood is quiet and not a place where you will find tourists. You will love the experience of truly living in Santander. It is a quiet environment with small shops where you can find everything you need, you also have a supermarket and a 24-hour pharmacy at your doorstep. Both the building and the neighborhood are simple, inhabited by the people of Santander. Very close to the apartment, a two-minute walk away, on the Paseo de Canalejas near the bus stop, you will find a potato chip and nut shop, a family business opened in 1964, Patatas Fritas Santos Moreno, ideal for buying those snack delicacies for the beach or for excursions.
