Charming house near Lannion

Come and enjoy this fabulous Breton house that offers good moments in perspective, for families or groups of friends. The house is 15 minutes from the first beaches and 5 minutes from the historic city center of Lannion. (by car) The space The house consists of a basement that gives access to the house via steps. On the ground floor you will find a large kitchen, a tastefully decorated living/living room as well as a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet. A large veranda is also available to you! On the 1st floor, you will find two beautiful bedrooms and a completely refurbished bathroom. This house has all the assets to have a great stay! Private parking on site. Cleaning is an extra package for a rate of €150, you can also decide to do it yourself. We will then arrange an appointment on your exit. The rental of sheets and towels is a package to take in addition for a price of 100€ but you can also bring your own. The items included in the package: 3 sheets, 3 duvet covers, 6 pillowcases + 6 large towels, 6 small and 6 gloves. The beds will be made when you arrive! We look forward to having you with us!
