Villa Magnolia is a 4-story villa in classic Art Nouveau style from the early 1900s. An oasis of peace that enjoys a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore, a large park of 1,600 sqm with swimming pool and varied fauna with palm trees, an ancient tree of over 450 years and a 12m high magnolia that gives the property its name. The 130m2 apartment on the 4th floor, furnished with style, spacious and bright, has all the comforts. The park and swimming pool are available for guests for sunbathing and exclusive BBQs. Other things to note Villa Magnolia Rules Villa Magnolia is an oasis of peace and tranquility with a large private park and a beautiful swimming pool. Our desire is to make our guests spend moments of pure relaxation, rest and lightheartedness, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The Villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests in its various accommodations. The space is large enough to have maximum privacy. This small paradise, however, is located in a residential area, with many neighbors in the surrounding areas. To make the most of the Villa and respect other guests and the neighborhood, we ask you to follow and respect a few simple rules. Use of the park and pool We ask that you use these spaces with respect for others. This is especially true for noise and behavior. Pool parties are not allowed and if you use music systems these must be in the background and if there are other guests do not disturb them. In principle, these spaces are for day and evening use. The pool area has a refrigerator and toilet, leaving them as you found them is appreciated. We ask that you do not leave cigarette butts and various waste in the park and pool. In our small "Eco Center" you will find containers for separate waste collection. The use of glass cups in the pool is prohibited, you will find polycarbonate cups at your accommodation. Use of parking spaces If you arrive by car, we will assign you a parking space. Throughout your stay, that parking space must be used as the other parking spaces are rented. In your accommodation Here, too, respect for those who live around you applies. The apartment is well insulated, but it is still a villa that is over 120 years old. Once on the balconies or with the windows open, at night we ask you to pay attention not to overdo the tone of your voice. From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., noise should be kept to a minimum.
