Located on a large, very private property (3000 square meter) surrounded by mature olive trees, the villa is at an elevated position and has fabulous views of the Mediterranean sea and the Esterel hills. Intimately private with no one looking over the villa gives you the feeling of being lost in nature. The space This wonderful, high quality modern home has a total of four bedrooms. It can host up to eight people, but is equally suitable for a couple wanting an intimate space or a family with kids. The very private property in the midst of mature olive trees and with fabulous views from the garden and the pool makes "le mas dans les oliviers" the perfect location for your vacation. The house itself has been completely updated and provides you with everything for the perfect vacation. It features a modern, state-of-the art, fully equipped kitchen (fully renovated in march 2018) and a cosy living room with a wood-burning oven for the cooler winter nights. Of its very spacious 4 bedrooms (all of them have aircon) with comfortable beds, 3 have their own modern and functional bathroom. In the back of the house is a small Japanese-Style garden with a pond, which is the perfect setting for meditation. The garden is very private and has fabulous views into the surrounding area all the way to the sea. The (alarme secured) pool and the many shady trees makes it the perfect space also for hot summer days. Guest access The entire very private property with the (alarm secured) pool will be available to you. (Bedroom on 1st floor just available when reservation is made for more than 6 persons) BEDROOMS (air conditioning in all the bedrooms): The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them have their own bathroom. The ”Master Suite” is located on the garden floor with en-suite bathroom, walk-in Italian shower, bathtub, 2 sinks, and toilet. There is a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a huge build-in cupboard. There are views to the sea and the olive trees. The ”Mistress Suite” is on the garden floor. Wonderfully bright and airy, this room has its own private outdoor space, view of the sea, and the surrounding hills. There is a British king size bed (160x200cm). The bedroom has it’s own bathroom with walk-in Italian shower, sink and toilet. The ”Teen Suite” is as well on the garden floor. A high roofed room (ca. 4 m to the roof) with a curved wall and a British king size bed (160x200cm). On the first floor you have a spacious bedroom (35 m2) with his own entrance. There is a king-size bed (180x200cm) it’s own bathroom with sink and shower and an independent toilet. The room has a great view over the sea and the hills towards Cannes. THE LIVING AREA: There is free Wifi in the house and in some areas of the garden. The kitchen and living room both have direct access onto the outdoor living and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, large fridge, wine cooler, large stove (induction), and dishwasher (fully renovated in march 2018). The dining room has a big sliding window, which leads out to a small Japanese garden with a pond. With large sliding corner-windows in the living room and the ”Master Suite”, the stunning view runs over the pool and terrace, the green wilderness, and all the way to the sea and the Esterel hills. There is an outdoor dining area with a large wooden table and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, induction plate, fridge and hot/cold water. Externally the villa has parking places for 3 cars, a swimming pool (8m x 5m, 1,60 deep). There is a Child security system around the pool. A car is necessary and as the road is very steep, very low sports cars are not recommended. A washing machine and dry tumbler are located in the garage as well as a large room to store you luggage.
