This single-level property is superbly equipped, surprisingly spacious, and its location in the heart of popular Quindalup is hard to beat. This is a stress-free home that’s just perfect for summer and winter getaways. Located near the end of a quiet and leafy cul de sac, the beach is just 140 metres away! The space This is a fantastic holiday house if you can see yourself walking out the door with your favourite people, a beach towel draped over your shoulder and a big smile on your face. The layout of the home is ideal. The master king bedroom sits at the front of the home, separate from the other bedrooms. The remaining three bedrooms and a laundry run along the opposite side of the house. The kitchen is central to the home and also central to the two separate living and dining areas. These living areas open out to the spacious outdoor entertaining and BBQ area, which includes multiple undercover seating options and views of the pretty garden. A fabulous place to come together for a meal and drinks after a long day at the beach! Note that the children’s bunk bedroom is located directly opposite the main lounge area. This is a great place for little children as the bedroom can double as a playroom – and with the bifold doors open, adults can keep watch on the little ones while enjoying a glass of wine in front of the wood fire. A handy outdoor shower is great for after the beach! There is plenty of room to park your boat, jet skis and store your beach toys and bikes (off-street parking and easy access through to the secure backyard). Coastal midges and mosquitos are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night. We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house. The best health advice is to wear long, loose clothing when outdoors and use insect repellant.
