The space This is two rentals together while still having their own separate entrances. Great if traveling with family or friends and you would still like your own space and privacy! The upstairs portion offers a loft style bedroom with a king canopy bed, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room with a wood burning fireplace. Lots of big windows so you can see the beautiful mountain views from every angle of the living room and kitchen! The downstairs portion is essentially a studio that has a queen bed and a full bathroom, plus a refrigerator. Other things to note Bears are very active in Sevier County. Please do not approach or feed the bears. Do not leave trash out for them to get in. It's also recommended to remove any food items from your car and lock the doors. Bears can and will get in them if tempted.
