Stick with your favorite national chains or better yet, indulge in our local flavors. You can even journey to historic downtown Durango, CO in less than an hour! The space The space features three queen size beds and a twin sized air mattress by request ($15 fee). All bedding is washed in between guests… including linens, mattress protectors, pillow protectors and comforters/shams. You can rest easy, knowing that you’ll be in fresh, clean beds. For those who need/want it, there is a fan-based white noise machine in each bedroom! Guest access You will have access to all areas of the property with exception of the garage and hall closet, which are both used to store supplies. Other things to note The yard maintenance crew will arrive at random days/times.
