Walking distance to 2 pools and a short bike ride to the lakes! Sit out on the deck where you can grill or enjoy the wildlife. Make s’mores around the large fire pit. Inside you can enjoy the smartTVs, ps3, Nintendo Switch and the many board games we have. This home is in the beautiful, gated community of Arrowhead Lake. Temporary Membership Fees (amenities) are additional and mandatory. Enjoy the 4 beaches, 3 pools & rental shack in the summer, playgrounds, gym, tennis courts, library, billiards room, family game room and many activities that the community offers. Pools are open on the weekends in June, then daily until Labor Day (weather permitting). Visit Arrowheads website to see further details. Guest access You have 100% Private Access to the Entire Home. Other things to note Guest booking this rental must be 25 years of age or older. Arrowhead Lake is a Gated Community and requires mandatory amenity fees that are not included in your booking. The Arrowhead Lake Temporary Membership Fees are as follows: Peak Season: Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. $8.50 per person /per day - ages 6&up (or $42.50 weekly / per person) $8.50 per day guest/visitor Off season (after Labor Day weekend up until the day before Memorial Day weekend) $2 per person/per day $2 per day guest/visitor $20 per vehicle $20 non refundable transaction fee. Registration and Fees MUST BE SUBMITTED 72 HRS PRIOR TO CHECK IN (including any day visitors) to avoid additional fees. If you wait to be registered within those 3 days, you will be charged a $100 late registration fee from Arrowhead that will be tacked onto your booking reservation. There are NO SAME DAY REGISTRATIONS allowed. If you are not registered into the community at least 24hours before your stay, Arrowhead will not allow access and you will have to cancel your reservation at no fault to the host/owner. Dogs are $50 per dog - please include in your booking reservation. Two dogs max Absolutely NO Pets on furniture. NO PUPPIES (unless they are crated while left alone) Once a reservation is made, I will begin the registration process by confirming the number of people in your party and your vehicles information. Please be sure to have this info to me in a timely manner to avoid the additional $100 fee that arrowhead will charge you. The day before your arrival you will be emailed a QR code (for each registered vehicle) as your access into the community. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask*** Things to Note: This is Not a party house. There is No Smoking inside the house and littering of cigarette butts outside of the house. This is our home that we as a family also try to enjoy as much as possible. Please be respectful. For security purposes we have outdoor cameras.
