With 80 m² interior, a 20 m² outdoor terrace & 100 m² of private garden on the edge of the forest with a typical view of the Hautes-Vosges, you will find space, calm & tranquility. Ideally located, the chalet is 6 minutes from Lake Gérardmer. The space DESCRIPTION * Beautiful fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, raclette set, stone grill, pancake maker, fondue set) with everything you need to cook and eat. A baby high chair is available. Direct access to the outdoor terrace through a French window. A RIKA wood-burning stove is available (logs prepared for your arrival as an option) * A spacious upstairs living room with sofa, coffee table, armchairs & TV. * 6 beds (1 private bedroom of 9 m2 with double bed (140 x 190 cm) / 1 mezzanine bedroom of 10 m2 with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) with possibility of converting them into a double bed / 1 comfortable sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) in the living room) / 1 baby crib * Wi-Fi with Livebox 5 available (FIBER connection), 2 TVs with Fire Stick TV (Access to TV channels/Youtube/Spotify/Netflix/Amazon Prime...) * 1 modern bathroom with walk-in shower (towel dryer, hair dryer) * 2 toilets (1 downstairs, 1 upstairs) * 10 m2 laundry room with washing machine, sink & storage * Underfloor heating & electric radiators * Terrace with garden furniture and BBQ with access to a 1000 m2 private garden * Private parking space. Pets are allowed depending on their age and breed, please ask us. CLEANING FEE, DEPOSIT, LINENS An optional cleaning fee is available for €60, you will be asked on the day of your arrival. In the event that you do not take a cleaning package, the chalet must be returned in impeccable condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit. A linen package is available for an amount of €18 per bed including: 1 fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, 1 duvet cover). In case you do not take this package, provide your own linens. The linen package will be requested on the day of your arrival. The supply of linens and towels (towel, washcloth) is free. An electricity package is mandatory. It will be calculated at your departure in relation to your energy consumption. It will be requested on the day of your departure. The first 35 KW/S are free. Order your firewood & spend evenings around the stove. (price to be determined with you) A security deposit of €600 will also be required upon arrival and returned upon departure if no damage is found during the stay. Pets are allowed depending on their age and breed, please ask us. CHECK-IN – CHECKOUT & ASSISTANCE Check-ins start at 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. with hand delivery of the keys. Checkouts are before 10 a.m. with hand delivery of the keys. A presentation of the premises will be made to you upon your entry into the chalet. We are close to the cottage and can answer any questions you may have and/or resolve any issues during your stay. COVID INFORMATION We strictly follow the health protocols, the chalet is fully disinfected at each rental. Linens are washed at 60 degrees, mattress covers and pillow protectors are changed for each rental.
