This split suite home is perfect for privacy, while sharing space for your stay in Nashville. Have to be in Nashville several times for work? Travel Nurse? In between homes? On a quiet cul de sac with friendly and helpful neighbors, and necessities close by. You'll feel right at home! The space Each of the 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home & has its own private bathroom only accessible from the bedroom itself for a very private feel. The Primary bedroom is quite spacious and has a king bed and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. The bathrooms both have a full tub/shower with removable/handheld shower head. Please be aware that anything that may rust will stain the shower. Wifi is provided. The living room and both bedrooms have smart TVs. There is a streaming cable service: YouTubeTV, which has unlimited recording capability so you don't miss a show or movie you must see! For stays greater than 50 nights, we provide monthly cleaning service. More frequent service can be arranged for an additional fee. The backyard is fenced. There is a deck, a patio with and a fire pit. There are flowers to enjoy and even strawberries & herbs! The minimum booking time is 31 days. There are discounts built in to reduce the monthly price with longer stays. If you need more time than what is shown as available it is more than likely actually available, just not opened for booking as we find that many guests need to extend. We try to make it possible for you to stay put for the whole time you require. 30 days notice is requested for departures in this case. Just let me know your situation. I am happy to work with you! Guest access Please make yourself at home! I still have items in the shed, but arrangements can be made if you need any additional storage. Other things to note We ask you to please take the trash bin out to the curb for weekly pickup. In the winter, the driveway can get slippery if there is ice. It may be advisable to park at the very top, or on the street during these times. Ice melt is provided as well as a snow shovel. You will not need these very often, but the times you may need them it can be difficult for me to travel to you to take care of this for you, though I will if I can.
