The third bedroom offers another queen bed and a large seating area. All three bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses that are super comfortable. The third bedroom is very spacious; located on the lower level and is accessed through the master bedroom. Guests staying in the third bedroom will walk through the master bedroom in order to get to the kitchen/bathroom/living room. Kitchen The kitchen island is perfect for hosting guests. The kitchen is clean/modern with a 6-burner range, a brand-new stainless dishwasher, and a large stainless refrigerator. Bathroom The bathroom is dazzling with a floor-to-ceiling custom tile walk-in shower. Amazing water pressure. Backyard The private backyard is the ideal place to unwind after a long day of adventuring around the city or in the mountains. Sloan's lake is a large clean lake located in the heart of West Denver. The famous Odell Brewing company is a 5-minute walk and features a lakeside rooftop veranda. We are a 5-minute walk to Mile High Stadium and Meow Wolf. We're also a mile from Jefferson Park, LoHi, and REI. 420 friendly, it is Colorado!
