Our traditional cottage is just a stone's throw from the award winning Peebles High Street. The property is in immaculate condition with a modern and stylish interior and provides an excellent base for visitors to the Scottish Borders. The cottage consists of one large bedroom, one bathroom, a stylishly decorated living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is also a well-kept communal garden where you can enjoy a drink on a sunny day. The space The cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard , including a stylish new bathroom. The property is equipped with all the necessary amenities to offer home-like hospitality. With it’s central location this cosy cottage is ideal for your next trip to the Scottish Borders. LIVING ROOM In the living room, you will find a comfy sofa which converts to a large sofa bed, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV offering a huge selection of channels, including DIsney+. You can also log into your own Amazon Prime and Netflix accounts. This is a perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring the sights of Peebles and the surrounding area. The living room sofa can be converted into a very comfortable sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two children. KITCHEN AND DINING The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a Nespresso machine, great for that morning pick me up, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, gas hob, cooking basics, and silverware. There is also a breakfast bar and stools, great for sitting and chatting with your nearest and dearest. Our guests will be provided with a welcome pack, including coffee pods, tea bags, jam, sugar, sweetener and biscuits. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM: There is one large bedroom in the property. This comes with the option of one super king size bed or two single beds, depending on your requirements. The bedroom includes a large chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe where you can comfortably store your belongings, along with a dressing table and chair. The living room sofa can be converted into a very comfy sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two children. The stylish new bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower. LAUNDRY AND EXTRA APPLIANCES The property is equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a mop for your convenience. We are pleased to provide hotel-quality linens, towels, bathroom essentials, and professional cleaning services. GARDEN The property benefits from a communal garden, which is ideal for soaking up the sun during the summer months. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property. Other things to note A superfast WiFi connection is available to our guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property. We would kindly ask the anyone who wishes to smoke to do this outside the property. Please be respectful to our neighbours. This is not a party property, and we would ask that noise is kept to a reasonable level. Free on-street parking is available on Peebles High Street. If this is too busy there is a large car park near the property, which is free 6 days a week and 50p per hour on a Saturday (£5 for the entire day).
