This property does NOT allow pets or smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors) Ask 1st if wanting to book for someone else PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES B4 BOOKING The space The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, Coffee maker. Full pot or k-cups, and cooking basics. Vents are shut from downstairs, so you can use the newly installed Mini Split heating & Air conditioner to keep the temp to your liking. The master bedroom has a 42"smart tv IMPORTANT: Kids are welcome, but there are downstair tenants. They expect kid noise when booked, but Please consider this when booking. Running and jumping should be kept at a minimum. Please reach out and request to book if you are booking for someone other then yourself **. Please, No smoking, Vaping or drug use in the apartment or anywhere on the property** Guest access Guests access the apartment from the alley. You have your own partially covered parking for 2 average size cars. The entrance door is marked with a red welcome sign & keyless entry. Once inside the door take the steps up. This is the ONLY way to access the apartment. Please do not book if you are not comfortable with stairs. The 2nd car can lock the large roll up door. Other things to note The space is a great size for a family of 4. The beautiful Lake Sacajawea is a 5-minute walk away (1&1/2 long blocks). You can spend hours there enjoying the view and walking trails. You are about a 7-minute walk to coffee, Grocery stores and restaurants. 45 minutes is all it takes to get to Portland on a light traffic day. 35 minutes to Vancouver. The downstairs tenants can be of help when needed. They have 2 small hypoallergenic HAIR dogs that do not go in the upstairs apartment. The LAUNDRY is attached to their unit, but can be accessed near your entry point. They require up to a 3-hour notice to clear out the washer and dryer for you. Contact me for this amenity.
