The Livingroom has a 55" tv and a relaxing black leather massage chair! The master comes with a King bed, blackout curtains, electric fireplace and a sound machine. The 2nd bedroom has a twin and full bed. The room is great for adults or Kids. There are lots of toys here to play with. 5 min to lake Sacajawea for stunning year around walking trails. The upstairs apartment is just almost 1,000 square feet and was 90% renovated in October 2022. The bedding and beds are all brand new as is most of the furniture. Both bedrooms come with large closets. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, Keurig w/ k-cups, and cooking basics. Vents are shut from downstairs, so you can use the newly installed Mini Split heating & Air conditioner to keep the temp to your liking. The master bedroom has a 42"smart tv added in November 2022. We run an air purifier between visits to have it fresh for your stay **. Please, No smoking, Vaping or drug use in the apartment or anywhere on the property** Spring and summer months have access to an outdoor seating area (April-Oct) Guests access the apartment from the alley. You have your own partially covered parking for 2 average size cars. The entrance door is marked with a red welcome sign & keyless entry. Once inside the door take the steps up. This is the ONLY way to access the apartment. Please do not book if you are not comfortable with stairs. Beautiful area near Lake Sacajawea. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to walk, eat and shop. The space is a great size for a family of 4, can accommodate 5. There are tenants in the downstairs unit. They can be helpful if necessary. The 2nd bedroom is set up for kids, but is equally comfortable for adults. The beautiful Lake Sacajawea is a 5-minute walk away (1&1/2 long blocks). You can spend hours there enjoying the view and walking trails. You are about a 7-minute walk to coffee and restaurants. 45 minutes is all it takes to get to Portland on a light traffic day. 35 minutes to Vancouver. The downstairs tenants can be of help when needed. They have 2 small hypoallergenic HAIR dogs that do not go in the upstairs apartment. The laundry is attached to their unit,but can be accessed near your entry point. They require a 3-hour notice to clear out the washer and dryer for you. Contact me for this amenity.
