The Towers are interconnected via enclosed walkways, leading to the MGM Grand, in the following order: MGM Grand > Tower 1, Tower 2, Tower 3 • Under-a-minute walk between Towers • 5-10 minutes stroll to the MGM Grand • 10-15 minutes’ walk to The Strip IN TOWER 1: • Pool, Fitness Center • Concierge services, Business Center • Convenient Essentials Store, Starbucks, and Lounge bar IN TOWER 2: Pool, Delights Deli IN TOWER 3: Pool, Fitness Center A brief stroll through the walkway to MGM Grand leads to 'The District' / Grand Pool Complex area, with a nearby Monorail station. Self-parking is accessible at MGM Grand (fees may apply). Oversized parking isn't available. • Valet Parking may reach capacity during peak periods. If so, guests might be directed to self-parking at MGM Grand, subject to a fee of ~$15 per day, but validation can be obtained at Signature's Front Desk to waive the fee. An indoor walkway from MGM Grand to Signature is available. • Your room key grants you complimentary access to the pools at Signature and the MGM Grand Pool Complex / Lazy River. Availability might vary depending on weather and safety protocols. Refer to Signature and MGM Grand's websites for current operational hours. • Pool season typically runs from mid-March through late October, contingent upon weather conditions. At least one heated pool remains open year-round. During periods of multiple pool openings, the Tower 1 pool might be designated for guests aged 21 and above only. • External food & beverages are prohibited within all pool areas. • Towels are provided at designated stations in pool and fitness center areas. Guests can collect and return them accordingly. • Guests are entitled to utilize amenities across all 3 Towers regardless of their accommodation Tower (e.g., pool access, front desk services, parking). Other things to note ✱ CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS ✱ To check in at the Front Desk, the PRIMARY GUEST must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID matching the reservation. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $100/night, up to $300 maximum, will be required upon check-in (credit or debit card only - unused funds released at checkout). Please refer to House Rules for details. ✱ NOT A HOTEL - NO DAILY CLEANING ✱ Please be aware that our condo isn't serviced by the hotel's housekeeping team, and daily cleaning isn't included. We collaborate with an independent cleaning company onsite from 10 AM to 4 PM daily. They ensure thorough cleaning post-checkout and offer additional services during your stay at an extra cost. ✱ TOTAL COST & DEPOSIT Your booking total covers the rental cost, post-checkout cleaning, and all listed amenities WITHOUT any additional charges. However, please note that Signature will require a credit or debit card upon check-in for a security deposit hold of $100 per night (up to $300) for potential incidentals. These funds are only charged if you order additional services (such as in-suite dining) or cause damage to the property. You can review any charges to your folio anytime from the room TV menu to verify there are no mistaken fees. Unused funds are released upon checkout. ✱ ADDITIONAL SERVICES are subject to extra charge from Signature, such as: Room service & special arrangements Pay-per-view entertainment on the TV Spa services, pool cabana reservations Long-distance calls on the room phone Mail deliveries must be picked up from the Concierge, subject to a handling fee based on weight (about $7 per 15 lbs) ✱ RENTALS - All MGM resorts offer wheelchair and scooter rental for a fee (contact the Bell Desk or Concierge for info). No, not unless you order extra services. • Why does the cost change when I select my dates? Room rates fluctuate based on supply and demand. Dates during a weekend or popular event cost more. • Can I get a discount / lower rate? For discounts and better pricing, you can search and visit our site lasvegasstripsuites. • How far are you from The Strip? The Signature is 0.5 miles from The Strip (~10 minutes’ walk) • Can I check in early? Early check-in can be authorized for an extra fee if there is availability - inquire with the host. Otherwise, standard check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, you can still process your check-in, store luggage at the Bell Desk, and request temporary keys to access the pool / fitness center areas if you wish. If you would like to guarantee immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the prior night. • Can I check in late? Yes. The Front Desk in Tower 2 is open 24/7 to check-in arrivals past 10 PM. • Can I check out late? You can check-out late if there is no check-in after you for an extra fee. Normal check-out is at 11:00 AM. After checkout, you can store luggage at the Bell Desk and continue to use your keys to access the pool / fitness center areas for the rest of the day. If you would like to guarantee access to your room until you depart, we recommend booking an extra night. • Can I send mail to the suite? Address deliveries to The Signature at MGM Grand. Be sure to write the recipient's name on the package, followed by the words "Hotel Guest" and their arrival date. Once guest arrives, they will need to call down to the front desk; the name and tracking number and it will be delivered to the suite. It can be held for 30 days. For details regarding holding fee, reach out to the front desk. If you are ordering food / grocery delivery, you will have to meet them at the lobby entrance and have them hand it to you. Due to security policies, they cannot drop off at the Front Desk or deliver to door.
