It is located in a residential condominium and therefore we are obliged to impose certain rules in order to promote responsible and respectful tourism for the neighborhood. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment. 4. The presence of persons not mentioned and registered at the time of booking, either during the day or at night, without authorization, is prohibited. 5. The legal quiet hours must be respected, between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., both inside and outside the home. 6. Guests must ensure the correct use and preservation of spaces, equipment, utensils, fabrics and everything that makes up the apartment; Bath towels should not be used for cleaning the kitchen and floor. Any item damaged by careless use will be charged at its new value. 7. Waste must be placed in appropriate containers and disposed of in the condominium's garbage house, inside the garage, on the ground floor. 8. No pets allowed. 9.
