The Villa can accommodate up to 7 people and consists of 1 separate double suite with private bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 2 bathrooms with shower. Completely renovated, it is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and is just a 10-minute walk from the beaches of Santa Margherita. The space The property is completed by several dining and sunbathing areas that will give you the opportunity to spend most of your time outdoors. Portofino can be reached by car/taxi in 10 minutes, while the famous Paraggi beach is 3 km away and can be reached on foot or by 4 bus stops that stop 5 minutes from the Villa. PLEASE NOTE The Villa is equipped with a small private parking lot on the street. In the immediate vicinity of the Villa there is another free parking lot, along the road, while 800 meters away there is a paid garage at a cost of €40 per day. We recommend arriving with small cars or renting scooters to move along the coast. Other things to note * Pets are not allowed. * Smoking is only allowed in open spaces. * No parties or events. * Check-in from 4:00 p.m. - Check-out by 10:00 a.m. * Final Cleaning Fee: also includes the provision of towels and sheets for all guests, check-in/check-out and assistance during the stay. * Accommodation Tax: the price does not include: €2 (over 15) per night to be paid at the time of check-in.
