Inside, a soft glow from the gas fireplace fills the living room while laughter drifts from the game room below. This lake house is made for gathering, unwinding, and soaking in the peace of Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains in every season. Sleeping arrangements With space for up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 7 beds, the home offers comfort for families and groups. Each room features fresh linens, soft bedding, and extra pillows and blankets to ensure a restful night after a day of exploring. Outdoor living Two expansive decks overlook a private backyard, perfect for crisp evenings around the fire pit or relaxed afternoons in the year-round hot tub. Guests can also enjoy lake and shared beach access just a short walk away, or make use of a kayak when the weather allows. Ample parking accommodates up to eight vehicles. Entertainment Rain or shine, there’s endless fun indoors. The private movie theater invites cozy screenings with tiered seating and a large screen, while the game room offers pool, ping pong, darts, foosball, poker, bumper pool, and board games. A Sonos sound system sets the tone throughout the home, making every evening feel special. Kitchen & dining The fully stocked kitchen is ready for any meal, equipped with new stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and all the cooking basics you’ll need. Gather around the large dining table or the center island to share homemade meals and good company. Comfort & convenience Central air conditioning, heating, and a gas fireplace keep the house comfortable year-round. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and smart lock self check-in. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and exterior security cameras at the front and side entrances. Other things to note We are part of a lovely community called Emerald Lakes! It Offers a variety of amenities for residents and visitors. The amenity passes offered provide flexible options for accessing the different facilities available. It's convenient that passes can be purchased on the same day directly at the community indoor pool. Amenity Pass Options: * 1-Day Pass: $20 per person * 3-Day Pass: $30 per person * 7-Day Pass: $50 per person * Children under 2: Free Included Facilities: * Two Lake beaches * Indoor and outdoor pool * Tennis courts * Basketball court Damage Protection- $1500 of “all risk” damage protection coverage is included in your nightly rate. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required! Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights. Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine.
