Sleeping arrangements The home sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms with 7 beds and 3.5 baths. The layout gives the group room to gather and room to disappear when you need it, with enough bathrooms to keep mornings running smoothly. Living & entertainment The main living area is anchored by a TV and gas fireplace - a natural spot for the group to land between activities. Head downstairs and the energy shifts: a game room with a pool table and ping pong table keeps things lively, while the dedicated movie theater with Sonos sound system and tiered seating is built for proper film nights. Rain day? You won't notice. Kitchen & dining The full kitchen is set up for real cooking - stainless steel gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and a full spread of cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. A coffee maker and hot water kettle handle the mornings. The dining table gives everyone a seat at the same time. Outdoor living The private backyard - unfenced and open - runs into the surrounding woodland with a fire pit, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area for evenings outside. A private gas BBQ grill and a kayak are available for guests, and the private hot tub is open all year, 24 hours a day. Shared beach and lake access is available nearby via a path or dock, available for an extra fee. A shared pool is also available seasonally. Comfort & convenience The home has central air conditioning, heating, and Wifi throughout. A free in-unit washer and dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and cotton bed linens are all included. Self check-in is via smart lock. Free driveway parking for up to 8 vehicles. Exterior security cameras are on property - one at the front door, one on the driveway, and one on the side of the house. Noise decibel monitors are also in place. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit on site. Pets & families The home is pet-friendly, and a folding or convertible high chair is available for families traveling with young children. Other things to note We are part of a lovely community called Emerald Lakes! It Offers a variety of amenities for residents and visitors. The amenity passes offered provide flexible options for accessing the different facilities available. It's convenient that passes can be purchased on the same day directly at the community indoor pool. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required! Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights. Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine.
