Go hunting or birding at Cheyenne Bottoms & Quivira National Wildlife Refuge less than 10 miles away. “America’s byways traverse some of the most awe-inspiring landscapes from sea to shining sea,” states the Wetlands Center. Upon arrival, park up to two cars in the private & well-lit tandem driveway. Follow the illuminated pathway & arrive at the two steps leading up to the front door. Unwind and lounge in the Stars & Stripes-themed sitting room. Choose an inviting sofa, chocolate brown leather chair, recliner, and ottomans. Enjoy movie magic while viewing the 55’ 4K wall-mounted TV. Select your favorites from Peacock when it’s time to be productive. Belly up to the desk with your laptop, and breeze through tasks with the help of fast and reliable WIFI, charging station, and desk lamp. We offer individual a/c & heating units for each room (set the unit to your desired temp). During the Winter & fall seasons, we have a floor furnace that provides the MAIN source of heat & or units in each room for heating (DOES NOT HEAT BELOW 40 DEGREES), or plug-in heat units. You’ll feel right at home whipping up tasty delights on the gas range in the stylish kitchen. When feeling inspired to cook, it’s easy to execute your menu thanks to the well-organized heart of this home, stocked with cutlery, pots and pans, an air fryer, dishware, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, fire blanket, and coffee and tea bar. Fall into a deep, restorative slumber on one of the Three Ultra comfortable Beds. Draw the blackout curtains and savor your sweet dreams. You'll also find a gliding rocking chair and a luxurious Queen bed in the Primary Bedroom! Guest may not bring in an air mattress or rearrange our furniture. The second bedroom hosts a plush twin bed, medium firm, and a 32’ HD wall-mounted TV (the remote is behind the TV) with Peacock, Nintendo NES, books, and games, making for endless entertainment. Would you be ready to freshen up? Hop into the quaint, elegant, fully renovated Three-piece bathroom with a walk-in Shower. Thoughtfully outfitted with essential toiletries, ample light, and a mirror, it makes getting ready a breeze. Other Amenities: We supply a starter supply of Coffee, creamer, sugars, teas, trash bags, TP, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and or liquid dishwasher soap. ACCIDENTS': Host bears no responsibility for any accident, injury, or illness sustained during your stay. PERMISSION to enter-Maintenance: There may be a time when a sudden maintenance issue arises, and maintenance needs to enter. We will always let you know and get back to you as soon as possible. DELIVERIES: We cannot accommodate mail delivery or package shipments from any carrier(USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, etc.) If you need to receive mail, please utilize the USPS General Delivery. American Bungalow prohibits PETS out of respect for our guests with allergies. We understand some guests may be traveling with pets. There is a location within blocks that does offer boarding. Plush Serta mattresses, luxury linens & blackout curtains in each bedroom. Blackstone Grill is located in the backyard. Smoking & vaping is prohibited in all unauthorized areas and is subject to a fee if the rule is violated. A designated smoking section is in the backyard ONLY accompanied by a safety ashtray.
