Private fenced spacious backyard for pets. Only 6 Miles from beautiful Navarre beach. Hang out in our family friendly play pool or head to the emerald waters of Navarre beach. Located one mile from the Gulf Breeze Zoo, 15 miles from Pensacola Beach. Conveniently located for shopping /restaurants. We hope you enjoy! Sonya The space 2 bedroom Apartment with mini kitchenette. Master bedroom with private bath and sunroom access, 2nd bedroom is an upstairs loft with two twin size beds. There are two HD smart tv's in unit equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and more. Free washer and Dryer to use anytime within your stay. Board games and pool toys are provided in the sunroom and by the pool deck. ⭐️We are pet friendly with a one time $50 fee per stay. We allow 2 pets (please inquire if you have 3). Pets are not allowed in the pool! Please note: The large back deck is the entrance to the hosts home and is not part of your rental space. Guest access The entrance is to the right of the main house. It is an apartment adjacent to a main house where the host lives. The sun room is located out the sliding doors of the bedroom. The pool and fire pit are located in the backyard by exiting the sun room. Other things to note This rental is an apartment that shares a common wall with the host’s home. The upstairs sleeping area is a loft at the top of the stairs. There is no door and is open to the stairwell. If you wish to stay just one night - please inquire so we can apply a discounted cleaning fee of $75 ! The host owns a super friendly black cat that isn’t allowed in the rental but “pet friendly “ applies to cat guests as well as dogs and we have hosted a few over the years. If you have a cat allergy, this may not be a good fit. Thank you!
