Spacious home completely renovated to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Featuring an equestrian theme, this spacious cottage is located in front of a large stable less than 25 minutes from Montreal. The house offers inspiring brightness and has 5 bedrooms including 3 with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with cathedral ceiling, a play area with pool table, a luxurious built-in Jacuzzi and several other amenities to discover! The space This large cottage can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably. On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom with private bathroom, a central dining room with fireplace, a large living room with cathedral ceiling, a large fully equipped kitchen including a lunch counter, a laundry room and a toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms including one with private bathroom, a games room with table and foosball, a desk area and a bathroom. In the basement, you will find 2 large bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, a central area with a pool table and giant screen TV, as well as a kitchenette with counter. Guest access Self check-in procedure. A digital key access code will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. You have full access to the house and fenced backyard, with balcony, jacuzzi and BBQ grill. Other things to note It is important that you know that this house is located in front of a stable with several horses in boarding school and also adjacent to a well-known landscaping company in the area. Although you have a private and fenced yard, you must consider that during the week there are vehicles circulating. The average rates of stay displayed are for accommodation of 7 people or less in order to remain competitive in the market in our region. We would like to point out that this property offers more amenities and integrated services than normal in order to offer stays that meet the expectations of guests.
