Decorated with softness and attention, this cottage is perfectly located a 1-minute walk from Lake McGregor - perfect for beautiful moments with family and friends! :) One thing is for sure, the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to host your best meals in good company. **To access the DOCK and BOAT landing, you must go to Plage Pélissier, which is only 3 minutes from the house by car: Plage Pélissier, Val-des-Monts, QC J8N 1M2**. You have everything you need to enjoy the beautiful weather in nature! + for SWIMMING go to Lac Saint-Pierre 1214 Rte Principale, Val-des-Monts, QC J8N 2K7. (Only 8 min by car) The chalet includes: - an open design kitchen with large island and fully equipped (convection oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machines, utensils, fridge with freezer) - perfect for good meals with family or friends :)! - large windows bringing the view to the lake that makes the house very warm and bright - 4 comfortable bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds = total of 10 people) - 2 well-equipped bathrooms (1 with a large shower and a large bath perfect for bubble baths and 1 with a large shower - both have all the necessary towels, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel!) + 1 shower room - a bright and cozy living room with fireplace, smart TV and board games to liven up your evenings! - a washer and dryer **Please note that due to the steps of the cottage, the accommodation is not wheelchair accessible.
