Downstairs is laundry, 1 queen and a kids room with 2 bunk beds & 1 full & 1/2 bath The game room has pool table wet bar and separate seating and game table or step out to the deck with hot tub and swing to relax and escape. Other things to note We try to keep a supply of sand toys and chairs in the garage. If something breaks please put out by the road so we know it needs replaced.
