Beachfront Lakehouse- Beautiful private home

If you are looking for a gorgeous, private, summer getaway perfect for the entire family, Johnson Cove Lake House is calling your name! Enjoy a traditional Maine beach and private dock perfect for children to play with the sand and beach toys provided. A canoe, 2 kayaks, and floats supplied for your entertainment. This gorgeous home is surrounded by stone patios and well-manicured lawn and gardens. There is a gazebo just steps away from the water. The space A very bright and airy feel to this lake house to enjoy all the seasons. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and a view of the lake and grounds are available from almost every window. The layout- **Please note! The entire home including the bunk house is available from April 1 to Dec 1 yearly and will sleep up to 11. The bunk house is NOT accessible during the months of November to the end of March, so the main house will sleep up to 7 with a fold out couch for children. The Main House has 3 living areas: -Living room #1 is facing the lake with a wall full of windows overlooking Beech Hill Pond with a comfortable large couch & TV neighboring the dining area. -Living room #2 AKA the fun room or the lounge room is in the back of the house on the 1st floor with 2 cozy couches, and a TV. -Living room #3 is a lounge area on the second floor with a couch and 2 oversized bean bag chairs with a tv and DVD player. A small selection of DVDs provided. There is also a flip out couch in this space. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house: -Bedroom #1 located on the first floor is a queen bed with a master bathroom attached. Also on the first floor is bathroom #2, which is a half bath. -Bedroom #2 is a queen bed on the second floor. -Bedroom # 3 is a king bed on the second floor. The Bunk House: This extra space is located in a detached garage across from the main house. There is a half bathroom, 2 single beds, and a set of bunk beds (double on bottom, single up top) which can sleep another 4-5 people. Guest access The entire home is accessible including the bunk house from April 1 to Dec 1 yearly and can sleep 10 people and up to 11 if you put a child on the flip out couch. During the winter months the bunk house is not available for sleeping and the main house will sleep 6-7 comfortably. We provide a pack-n-play, high chair, and stroller for our youngest guests to enjoy.
