Among the outdoor spaces there are some lounge areas, tables, chairs and a beautiful pool (4 x 8 m, depth 1.20 m), open from May to September, and equipped with sun loungers. From the pool you can admire a breathtaking view of both the Adriatic sea and the rolling hills of the Marche countryside. It can accommodate up to 14 people, has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All rooms have air conditioning. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost. The owner of the villa lives about 20 minutes away, and will be happy to help guests in case of ness during the stay. You are welcomed by a large and bright open space living area, furnished with: sofas, piano, dining table, fireplace, tv, 3 large sliding French doors (providing direct access to the garden), and a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher). The living room has a mezzanine floor where there is a sofa with a reading corner, some armchairs, and a game table. The sleeping area consists of 5 spacious bedrooms divided as follows: 2 doubles (including one with ensuite bathroom with shower); 2 doubles with single sofa bed each; 1 quadruple (one double bed + 1 bunk bed) and ensuite bathroom with shower.
