There are 6 beds that comprise of 1 king, 2 queen, 2 singles and a queen size sofa bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The back patio offers a spa, eating table, and fire pit. Inside, you’ll find 4 well-appointed bedrooms and a pullout couch totaling 8 beds: • The master bedroom features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, with large shower and direct access to the back patio. • Two guest rooms each have a queen bed. • A fourth bedroom includes two twin beds. • Two full bathrooms and two-half baths (conveniently located near the laundry room and the hallway near the other bedrooms) accommodate groups with ease. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals with flexible dining options: a formal dining room, a cozy kitchen nook, counter seating, and an outdoor dining area for 6 on the patio. Unwind in the living room with a 75-inch smart TV, or stay productive in the dedicated office, with desk and fast Wi-Fi (500 Mbps). Other things to note Please know that though we can house 12 guests…there will be an automatic additional guest fee of $20 per person after the 5th person per night. For example…6th person($20) X 2 nights = $40 There will be a $50 per person per night , to be charged if guest brings extra guests to stay overnight or visit without pre-approval of their host. If you want to check-out in a major holiday and housekeeping is available to clean that day, there will be an additional housekeeping fee of $50. Communication is always appreciated. I’m sorry. No pets allowed in the house. With the exception of Support Pets that are welcome, with proof of papers.- Thank you Please know that the master bathroom tub’s water has been turned off and will not be available to used.
