Our guests may use our Seagull South Beach property directly opposite the house to access the beach instead of inconveniently searching for public beach access. Enjoy unobstructed Gulf Front views and Bay views from the spacious wooden decks. Or, enjoy the large, private in-ground pool in your own backyard! Two well equipped kitchens (one on each side) with all necessary cookware and bakeware for preparing great family meals, including air fryers, pizza ovens and crock-pots. High speed wireless internet (520 Mbps) and flat screen Smart TV's in the two living rooms (one on each side) and all 6 of the bedrooms (3 on each side) are only a few of the amenities of this house that will let you relax and enjoy the beach environment in comfort. Sleeps 16 (8 on each side). A connecting door on each side of the duplex house allows ample space for larger groups and/or families...while affording privacy when you desire it. There are two park-style charcoal grills in the back yard for you to use along with three picnic tables underneath the carport near the grill area. Guest access You will have parking space for 8 cars in the carport under the duplex and additional parking in the driveway in front of the carport. Each side of the duplex enjoys a semi-private outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, as well as additional water hoses to rinse your sandy feet. Other things to note **DURING HIGH SEASON (THE 3RD SATURDAY IN MAY THROUGH THE 2ND SATURDAY IN AUGUST) WE ALLOW ONLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY WEEKLY RENTALS** -We do recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events. -We provide a towel package that includes the following: ~one towel per person that the house sleeps (16) ~one wash cloth per person that the house sleeps (16) ~six hand towels (one for each bath) ~two dish washing cloths (for each kitchen) ~two dish drying cloths (for each kitchen) -We provide 16 pool/beach towels which must all be accounted for at the end of your stay. Missing towels will incur a $25 charge. - The pool is typically not heated and water temperatures are usually in the upper 60s during the shoulder seasons and upper 70s in the summer. Pool heating is available for an additional charge. -We provide a small mini fridge in each kitchen for bait and fresh seafood. Guests will be assessed a $300 fee for any fish odor in main kitchen refrigerators. -Minimum age requirement: 25+ years (Firm!) Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM
