YOU DO HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS. -Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet. - The cleaning fee only covers up to 8 people. If you have more then eight people then it will be $25 per person extra **Golf Carts available for rent for $90 a night with a refundable deposit of $500. You do not have to rent the golf cart for your entire stay, however the last day of your rental must fall on the last day of your reservation with us. ** Essentials: -Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use. -Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay. -Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware. Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.
