Stunning 3 bed, converted barn with shared pool

La Petite Bergerie is just a 40 min drive to a huge number of Atlantic beaches. Local restaurants only a short drive. Great for families and also for a relaxing getaway with gentle strolls in the beautiful countryside. Stunning places to visit such as Ile de Ré, la Rochelle, Ile d'Oleron and Cognac. Chill by the pool or explore the local area and cuisine. Our converted barn is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need to relax and just enjoy your holiday. The space The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles (1 with en-suite) and 1 twin. There is also a separate shower room with WC. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped. Doors lead out to a graveled area with alfresco dining and BBQ and steps down to the communal games area and pool. Guest access You are renting the whole house, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is private access for both this and our other gite. This gite has it's own private garden and outdoor eating area with barbecue. Access down steps to the shared pool which is fully fenced. Parking is infront of the house. Other things to note We provide bed linen and towels, sorry not pool towels. All beds have duvets, there are 2 double beds and 2 singles and there are 2 square pillows (65cm x 65cm) per adult. All have mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are provided. Please note that all stays September to May heating is not included in the price and is paid at cost in euros on departure.
