The space Enjoy the beautiful and very peaceful back yard, with lots of seating and a vintage Amish oak double swing, under the iconic Simpson's Rest! Do you need a lot of parking for vehicles and trailers? We've yet to disappoint any groups, with our 90ft long, double wide driveway! The street is pin drop quiet at night and the house feels nicely secluded. Inside, the home is mostly unaltered from it's original 1880's structure, just updated for your enjoyment. The rooms are spacious with original high ceilings. The kitchen is very well equipped to handle your large group - people have even cooked Thanksgiving dinner! The large dining room is fun southwest themed, with generous seating for eight. Both full bathrooms feature a large soaker tub and shower. The bedrooms are all very large and feature new beds, high quality bedding, and blackout curtains. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. House rules: We ask that you take good care of our vintage home while you are here so that many others can enjoy it's special charm. Other than that, we just want you to feel like special guests. When checking out, your first priority should be to plan your day and let us handle the cleaning for you! Other things to note Did you see that pets stay free?? We assume that most dogs are unemployed, so it's difficult to justify charging them for staying. :)
