Luna gîte with terrace in the heart of Vogüé Village

The "Luna" cottage is an air-conditioned village house, "with character" of 70 m² (excluding Carrez law), completely renovated with exposed beams, parquet floors, terracotta... in an alley, in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in France, Vogüé Village! The cottage is close to the Ardèche river. Max 4 adults or 5 people (if children and/or baby). The Gîte Luna is labeled "3 keys" Clévacances (very good comfort) and classified in the Prefecture "Meublé de tourisme***". WiFi available. The space The cottage has on the 1st level, a master bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a spacious and beautiful bathroom, a laundry room (washing machine...) and a separate toilet. On the next floor, you will find a living room with BZ, TV, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher...) overlooking the "cozy" terrace of 8 m² furnished with garden furniture and blind. And on the 3rd and top floor, the children's bedroom, under the roofs, air-conditioned (2 beds of 90 + a third drawer bed of 90) and its various games. Childcare equipment is provided free of charge at no extra cost (high chair, cribs with mattress, changing table with built-in bathtub and mattress, toilet reducer, pots, safety barrier, cane stroller, deckchair, wake-up mat with games, bottle warmer). WiFi available throughout the property. The TV only picks up French channels (no satellite decoder). No disabled access, nor for people with reduced mobility (village house with stairs to access the 3 floors). Our pet friends are not accepted for hygiene and allergy measures. Not suitable for parties and gatherings. Thanks for understanding! Guest access The place is entirely booked for you. Other things to note The price of the stay includes bed linen: "Beds made on arrival" as well as "towels". But you can of course bring your own bed and bath linen if you wish! Please indicate your choice a few days before your arrival. The fact that the "end of stay cleaning" is included in the price of the stay, does not allow the accommodation to be left in a state of "dirt" exceeding "reasonable". Cleaning included includes cleaning / disinfection of floors, handles, light switches, remote controls..., cleaning / disinfection of bathrooms (toilet and bathroom), dust, windows... However, guests must empty the garbage cans. The dishwasher must be empty and clean, the dishes washed and put away (no dirty dishes in the sink or on the drainer), the counter must be made clean, the fridge free of food and cleaned... If it turns out that the Gîte Luna is found in a state of significant "dirt", an additional fee of 35 euros per hour of additional cleaning will be withheld from the security deposit. All items must also be left in the place where they were found on arrival. Thank you in advance for your understanding and for the respect you will show in the Gîte, during your stay. A deposit of 400 euros will be requested upon handover of the keys and returned at the time of check-out if no anomaly or deterioration is noted. A supplement may be requested after repairs if the deposit does not cover all repairs of the damaged equipment (s). Monthly rentals are only possible outside of July/August. In July/August, rental is only possible by the week from Saturday to Saturday. For all other periods of the year, minimum of 2 or 3 nights, depending on the day of check-in. Tourist tax of 1.43 euros per person over 18 years old (paid to the Community of Communes of the Gorges de l'Ardèche).
