To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. is prohibited. Citywide quiet hours are 10pm to 8 am during which exterior maximum noise level is 50 dB(A) and interior maximum noise level is 40dB(A). From 8 am to 10pm the exterior maximum noise level is 65 dB(A) and interior maximum noise level is 50dB(A). Noise complaints will be fines $1000 to $5000 No outdoor activity after 10 PM Please keep the noises inside the house by closed all windows and doors A/C, Please Do Not set the A/C below 70°, or the system will freeze up and break.
