We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Guest access ABOUT THE PRESERVE AT INLET BEACH The Preserve at Inlet Beach in Seacrest, FL is a coastal community just a short bike ride to beach access. Guests will enjoy the community pool with pavilion and outdoor fireplace. The community wooden boardwalk & dock provides direct access to Lake Powell, providing quick and easy launching of paddleboards and kayaks. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. There are no condiments or spices left in this rental for sanitary purposes. Help is available 24/7 via several different methods such as text, phone and email. Please be aware the cleaning fee includes the cleaning fee, the reservation fee, the license fee, the parking passes and the wristbands. These fees are non-negotiable. NOTE: The free activities and bike rentals offered are subject to availability and require a reservation through our concierge service, Xplorie, at least 48 hours in advance. Once you make your booking, we will send you the instructions to easily reserve your complimentary admissions & perks. We encourage you to make your reservations as much in advance as possible as we do not refund if they are sold out. Unused admissions expire daily. Valid for stays less than 28 days. Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router. No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, no exceptions.
