The utility closet is accessible by code if electrical panel needs to be accessed. We trust our guests will leave personal property untouched. Other things to note We are a pet and children friendly home with some conditions. We are lakefront and there are areas that surround the home that are natural and access to the lake is possible straight from the back years. Use caution. Pets are permitted in the house and because we are pet lovers, we know accidents happen. We do ask that pets remain upstairs, where we have wooden floors. The downstairs has full carpeting and can be difficult to notice accidents and clean. Pets should never be left unattended if not in a crate or kennel. Please also note that the garage is used as a garage and houses chemicals and other supplies of the like. Our guests will encounter dirt, bugs, wildlife and nature - all a part of the lake adventure. Wear sunscreen and bug spray where appropriate and you should be good:-).
