Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom, complete with two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite full bathroom with a separate tub. Take in stunning lake views from the partially covered deck space, accessible from this level. This deck is adorned with an outdoor dining set for 8 and an oversized griddle for making bid dinners or breakfasts to feed a crowd. The basement offers two bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub and shower combo, and a 2nd living space featuring a foosball table, shuffleboard table, and giant-sized television. Outside of the basement sliding glass doors boasts an additional outdoor seating set including a sofa, two lounge chairs and another dining set for 4. In the gorgeous fenced-in yard, we have a large fire pit for use and include a plentiful supply of firewood. Additionally, we have outfitted the garage space with additional yard games for your use, a basketball game and ping pong table. Please note that the garage also houses typical garage supplies including chemicals. The property is lakefront and fairly private, with direct hiking access down to the water from the back of the home. For more beach-like access, take a short walk down the road to enjoy swimming and water activities. The newly renovated Kings River Public Access boat launch is only a mile down the road, providing ample parking and easy access to watercraft. For your convenience, we provide plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, toiletries, and coffee (coffee, creamer, sweetener, sugar). The utility closet is accessible by code if electrical panel needs to be accessed. We trust our guests will leave personal property untouched. Other things to note We are a pet and children friendly home with some conditions. We are lakefront and there are areas that surround the home that are natural and access to the lake is possible straight from the back years. Use caution. Pets are permitted in the house and because we are pet lovers, we know accidents happen. We do ask that pets remain upstairs, where we have wooden floors. The downstairs has full carpeting and can be difficult to notice accidents and clean. Pets should never be left unattended if not in a crate or kennel. Please also note that the garage is used as a garage and houses chemicals and other supplies of the like. Our guests will encounter dirt, bugs, wildlife and nature - all a part of the lake adventure. Wear sunscreen and bug spray where appropriate and you should be good:-).
