You can take a 10min sidewalk walk to the lake. This beautiful cabin provides plenty of room for your family & friends. Professionally decorated offering 2 private masters with kings and an additional private room with a queen (along with extra mattress). All new Temperpedic mattresses and bedding to snuggle into after a busy day. Each room has a newly updated bathroom. The loft provides a queen bed, twin over full bunk, double futon, and single pull out couch. A comfy queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a new air mattress for any extra comfort you may need. Whether ski season or lake season this home is perfectly placed minutes away from the lake, Wisp, beach, gourmet restaurants, Garrett County Fairgrounds, grocery & liquor store, Funland/Funzone, boutiques, mt coaster & ropes course. Don't forget your bikes, for a quick trip to the lake, shops etc. (home is on quiet road with cul da sac). During the winter months Wisp is a must visit for skiing, tubing, escape room and axe throwing (few min drive away). In the summer boating, kayaking, jet skis and fishing are fun possibilities with several marinas a few minutes away. For those rainy days you'll find a pool table, endless games and toys. If you like to eat in, a fully stocked kitchen awaits you with all new appliances and plenty of seating. A patio set with gas grill on the back deck are available for a relaxing night. If you choose to enjoy one of the fabulous restaurants (Firewater is a local favorite) see the binder provided for great options. Relax with your coffee in one of the many adirondak chairs on the gated deck-to keep little ones safe (a pack & play/booster seat also provided). A stone firepit adorns the gated private back yard to provide an evening under the stars- additional chairs provided and also the perfect spot for camping out on a warm night. There is just so much to enjoy a weekend isn't long enough! Don't forget the expansive driveway for at least 6 cars and even a boat. This is a Mountain Dream waiting to make your dreams come true. The mountains are calling, let your adventure begin! Guest access You will have access to the entire property; consisting of the home and 1 acre of wooded area. You will not have access to the garage.
