Guests have access to the entire apartment up high in downtown Boise. With the front door opening to 8th street, you are mere steps from coffee shops, bars, restaurants, shops, & entertainment. The Capitol building is visible from the master bedroom and living room. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with 8 ft windows overlooking Boise's State Capitol and the foothills in the backdrop. The adjoining master bathroom has an adjustable heated toilet seat, and an oversized curved rain shower head in a glass shower. All amenities are included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer. The second bedroom has a view of downtown local artist art paintings on the wall of a 30 ft. building and features a queen bed with giant double door closets. From the kitchen, you can see Table Rock where you'll see Boise's cross lit up on top of the foothills at night. You wouldn't ask for more views in one location! Sparkling granite countertops glisten in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen has a built-in cook-top, coffee pot, and all the cooking and baking essentials for your stay. All amenities in the apartment were of high quality and comfort. A fully equipped kitchen is available for at home meals if desired. Early check-in, Late check-out? We got your covered. Both of these services are available upon request through your guest portal you will receive at booking. In the summer, the Saturday Market happens outside the apartment doors on 8th St. The Greenbelt is close by for easy walking, cycling and scootering to wherever you need to be. Boise State University is 1.5 miles away and the BSU shuttle leaves from 1 block away, for easy access to BSU games. Boise Bus Hub is 2 blocks away for those who want to explore the city that way. WinCo, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods are about a 6 minute walk away. Idaho Historical Penitentiary, Idaho Botanical Gardens, and Table Rock trailhead are 2.5 miles away. The airport is about 10 minutes' drive away. The interstate is just around the corner, so if your destination lies further out in the Treasure Valley, getting there is simple. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is a 30-minute drive. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment up high in downtown Boise. Guests also have access to one spot in the parking garage under the building. This is a tight and small space and not all cars will fit. Parking on-site is not guaranteed, but available if you can and choose to use it. Other things to note We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No pets -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house
