Cèze Valley in the heart of nature, on 1 hectare of unfenced land, old restored barn of 80 m2 ideal for 4 people but offers 6 beds. The house has air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. River access 800 m away for swimming. Pets allowed. The space On the ground floor, from the terrace you can directly access a 40 m2 room including the kitchen, living room, lounge and a laundry area (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, broom...). Access to the upper floor is via a spiral staircase: - A first bedroom is equipped with two 80 cm beds and a 140 cm bed on a mezzanine (maximum height of the mezzanine 1m50). - The second bedroom is equipped with two 90 cm beds. In both bedrooms, the beds can be brought together and equipped with large sheets. - Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink - Separate toilet on the landing Covered terrace, charcoal barbecue, deckchairs, garden table and chairs. HOUSE NOT ACCESSIBLE TO PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY; HOUSE AMENITIES: Air conditioning in all rooms in summer Pellet stove heating in winter TV Dishwasher Washing machine, clothes rack Induction cooktop Oven Refrigerator/Freezer Microwave Capsule (Nespresso) or filter coffee machines, toaster, electric kettle Iron and ironing board. 🛀👶Baby bed, high chair, and baby bath available on request. 🚲, 🚴‍♂️ We offer a lockable metal shed to store your two-wheelers (bicycles, motorcycles). You can request it at the time of booking. DETAILS: - Household linen includes: fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bathroom towels and dish towels. The beds are made on arrival. - Single beds can be brought together on request at the time of booking to make double beds (large sheets). - The "cleaning fee" includes cleaning fees, but also laundry and garden maintenance fees. - A very small road nearby serves two homes but very few vehicles circulate. The pellet stove requires simple and quick maintenance by the tenant: filling the stove with pellets and very simple cleaning of the stove every three days. - Bookings are granted for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday for the months of May, June, July, August, and September. In some cases we can grant a minimum of 4 days on request by messaging (except July and August). Send us a message requesting information on the site. PETS are welcome, however small daily gifts left near the house will need to be disposed of before checkout. Pets are not allowed on the 1st floor in the sleeping area, as well as on the living room sofa. Please note, the land is not fenced. WHAT TO DO IN THE REGION? All tourist information will be sent to you before your arrival by email. SHOPS in the village of Goudargues 3 km away: small supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, tobacco/newsstand, restaurants/bars/ice cream shops, medical center, tourist office and post office. Guest access Guests have the entire house and garden to themselves. Other things to note Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and checkout is before 10:00 a.m. Key handover at check-in and check-out is done in person on site. The house accommodates a maximum of 6 people (adult, child, and baby).
