The space Lovingly refurbished after being a family home for 17 years since being built in 2005, this home has been made over to welcome you with inspiration from local artists & from travels around the world. The house has hosted many good times, been a peaceful base, has the sonic & visual pleasure of murmurings of starlings each evening in the back garden before sunset, has held space for a marriage proposal and is very well located just minutes from the city & main routes. The property consists of 2 x Queen sized beds, sleeping 4 guests comfortably. It is fully equipped with wi-fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher and all the essential amenities and facilities required. The property is situated just off the Newtownards Road, close to C.S Lewis Square. The picturesque Victoria Park can be found nearby. A short 5 minute walk away is the Connswater retail park, where you can find coffee shops and fast food such as Starbucks, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, KFC, and shops such as Lidl, B&M, Home Bargains, The Range. Belfast city centre, is an approx. 10 minute drive or 40 minute walk from the property, however there are excellent bus links nearby. Guest access You'll have exclusive use of the entire house throughout your stay. The property operates with self check-in, so there is no reception or staff member to meet on arrival. Full access instructions will be sent 24 hours before arrival once the required online check-in process has been completed.
