No smoking & no parties/events Age Requirement: Guests must be over 25 years old If you are bringing your pooch please ensure you adhere to our dog policy Dogs are welcomed to our property with the understanding that owners follow the below rules Dogs have their own bed and are kept off the furniture and bedding at all times. A thorough yard check is undertaken before you leave. Sweep /vacuum any fur. Cleaning and damage charges apply. Thank you so much for your understanding. PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise or parties. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM. NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas. PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules. Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest and all the names and contact details of all guest over 2yrs, plus you will need to agree to our terms and conditions.
