The space is very cozy with lots of light! Guest access Guests have full access to the house and property! Other things to note The home is located within walking distance of great amenities such as the Columbia Farmer's Market, the ARC (City of Columbia gym with very affordable days passes, pool, and indoor track!) and grocery shopping! The driveway is shared, please respect the neighbors and ensure you park only on the designated (right-hand) side. Additionally, this home is directly across from a school, and from 2-2:30pm on school days there may be some traffic as kids are let out.
