Other things to note ➤ Hot tub heating details: The pool and hot tub share the same equipment. While the pool is not being heated, the system does need to cycle on a regular schedule to clean both the pool and the hot tub. Because of that, the hot tub needs to be scheduled and can’t be heated on demand. The hot tub takes about an hour to fully heat. If you’re unsure of the exact time you’ll use it, we just need about 1–2 hours’ notice so we can turn it on and have it ready. If you already have a general plan for the day, you can also share a rough 3–4 hour window you plan to use it, and we’ll schedule it in advance. (Just a reminder the additional fees are.
