Protect your vehicle and belongings from the elements during your stay by parking in the spacious 3 car garage. The space When you first walk into Suite Starry Night you are welcomed into a unique ambience created by star lights, accent walls, and tasteful décor. The living room is where you'll find a cozy sofa to gather with friends and family, and watch your favorite streaming apps on the smart 55-inch Samsung TV with connected premium Sonos soundbar. This large sectional provides enough room for an additional guest to sleep, if needed. The room is made complete with a custom drink bar, and wall of vinyl records waiting to be played on the HiFi turntable. Just off the living room is the dining area that can accommodate up to 6 guests at the table. Take a look at the beautiful star-shaped pendant and you can see where this home gets its name! Next to the dining area is the kitchen which is fully stocked with the essentials to make home-cooked meals when not enjoying the neighborhood's many iconic restaurants. If a good cup of coffee is how you like to start the day, we have you covered with Café Bustelo Ground Espresso Coffee and a Cuisinart Brew Central 14-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker that is sure to do the trick! The Samsung refrigerator comes with an autofill filtered water pitcher, and makes two types of ice cubes. Between the kitchen and garage exit is the utility closet where you can tackle your laundry with an oversized Maytag washer and dryer set. Laundry detergent is available for use, as well as an iron and board to keep you looking sharp for any occasion. Each of the three bedrooms has a smart 43-inch Samsung TV and is customized for maximum comfort and relaxation. One bedroom has a king-sized bed while the other two have queens. There are spare throw blankets in the house if you tend to sleep a little on the cool side. Next to each bed are nightstands equipped with lamps and power outlets to conveniently charge your devices. There are blinds over the windows to block the sun for late risers. The closets provide enough space to store your luggage and have hangers for your clothes. Two of the three bedrooms are attached to private bathrooms while the third bedroom is slightly detached from the third bathroom as it serves as the primary, general-use bathroom for the house. Each bathroom comes equipped with a shower/bath, towels, washcloths (black for makeup removal), shampoo, and body wash. Dine on the covered back patio where you can also enjoy the famously beautiful West Texas evenings and find another smart 43” Samsung TV. The Weber Master-Touch Charcoal Grill is just what you need to get the job done! Finally, the ability to park three vehicles in the garage is HUGE at this property! It is roomy enough for most vehicles to fit safely inside, and entry from the alley is a cinch. Pets are NOT allowed at this property, and no exceptions will be made to accommodate your furry friends. Please make other arrangements as needed. Guests that violate this rule will be subject to a $100 penalty plus any additional damages or cleaning. This property is a 15 minute / 0.7 mile walk to Jones AT&T Stadium. Save time and money by leaving your cars parked in the garage and walking alongside the others who were lucky enough to find street parking this close to campus! (That also means Atomic Pizza, Chimy’s, Spanky’s, and BarPM are right around the corner as well.) Guest access All areas of the house are available for guest use with the only exceptions being the locked supply closet and attic. Other things to note When parking in the street, please make sure that you are parked in the direction of the flow of traffic as the parking police come around often and will ticket you.
