This home is very close to Swansboro, NC, about 15 minutes from Emerald Isle Beach and about 20 minutes from Jacksonville, NC. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood providing a peaceful, tranquil environment, complete with a large fenced yard. A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand! The space All of the bedrooms are on the first floor. There is a playroom/media room upstairs with a large couch and TV. The back yard is great for grilling out, complete with a fire pit and tether ball. The backyard is fenced in and a perfect space for your pets to get their daily exercise. Guest access The house is yours while you are here. Please treat it like you own it. Other things to note On checkout please strip all beds you used and put the sheet in the laundry room. Leave comforters in bedrooms. Take all trash out to the large canister in the garage. Turn thermostats up to 78 in the summer and down to 55 in the winter. Checkin is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 10:00 am
