Our open floor kitchen, with all new stainless steel appliances, allows you to cook up meals and entertain at the same time. The upstairs Lake View Patio is outfitted with a brand new gas grill and a table for 6, the spacious deck is perfect for entertaining. The gorgeous vista encompasses the surrounding woods and Lake Arrowhead. Enjoy your stay under the stars surrounded by string lights to create your memories. LIVING ROOM: Anchored by a wood burning fireplace with stone surround, the plush living area features a queen sleeper sofa. The smart TV lets you stream shows from your favorite digital platforms. We have many board games for all ages, and books in our downstairs library to add to your stay. KITCHEN & DINING: Newly remodeled and fully equipped with a top quality stainless steel appliances. Our pantry is filled with many sugar and spices for your enjoyment. We also have an electric wine opener, Keurig coffee maker (bring your favorite K-Cups), toaster, blender, just to name a few. Complimentary dish & hand soap, along with a new dish sponge are provided with your stay. Enjoy the lake views from the dining area while having your festive meals or while preparing your favorite dish in the kitchen. Our 2 story Villa sleeps 6 guests. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom (located downstairs) boasts a California king size bed, has a smart TV with complimentary Netflix, a writing desk/chair with lake views, and a private balcony. This bedroom also has a long wall-to-wall closet and many drawers for your personal belongings. The bedroom also has a play pen for your toddler. Your private balcony provides a quiet space for you to stretch, meditate, drink your morning coffee, or finish a book. The master bedroom has a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom, with a walk in shower. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash is provided for your convenience in all bathrooms. Bedroom 2: located downstairs, has a twin-over-full bunk bed, a smart TV with complimentary Netflix, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This area is perfect for children to play, enjoy, and sleep. Bedroom 3: located upstairs has a queen size bed with views of the Alpine, along with a smart TV with complimentary Netflix. This room provides a wall-to-wall closet to keep your personal items safe and clean. The bathroom is detached, and provides a 3rd bathroom, with walk-in-shower, serving as a guest bathroom to all. MUST KNOW!!!! Due to narrow Arrowhead Villa roads, a vehicle with all wheel drive or snow chains is required for access in the winter, rainy and snow season. Please check weather forecast. During a snow storm or winter time, power may go out. The house will have lanterns to provide some light and a cooler to store your food but be prepared as well, including having wood for the fireplace to heat the house. HOME ACCESS: contactless, keyless, smart keypad access to the property. This rental does not have centralized air conditioning, but fans are provided to help with the warm temperatures. HOUSE RULES Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Parties are prohibited. No refunds due to evictions for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or access vehicles. Must take all trash to dumpster (or down the mountain at times) upon departure to avoid $300 fee. No refunds are given due to weather or road conditions. Please check all local advisories upon arrival. KEYLESS ENTRY. 2 VEHICLES ONLY. Car port only accommodates 2 cars. Street parking will be subject to tow. NO ACCESS TO THE LAKE: Lake Arrowhead is a private lake accessible to members only, and this rental does not provide for access to the lake or its trails. Lake Gregory is a public lake accessible to the public. We are available 24/7 and can be reached anytime. Please check for road conditions and closures. No refunds for road closures. Thank you for treating our home like yours. NO PETS ALLOWED While we love animals, we do want to be sensitive to guests who suffer from allergies. If pets are snuck in, management will impose a $300 fee and we would like to avoid you from incurring the additional cost. NO SMOKING No smoking inside (including vape, hookah etc). If outside, please take measures to prevent fire and do not discard in the woods. GRILL / BBQ Enjoy our gas bbq grill. No open fire grills are allowed (i.e. charcoal). We are located in a high brush fire zone, therefore please take all measures to avoid fire, including keep grill away from entrance to the home or deck. Do not move grill from its location. TRASH Lake Arrowhead is known for their wild animals. No trash can be left on property. You must take the trash down the mountain upon departure. We do the same :) If trash is left on property, there will charge $300 to your stay. This is for your health and safety given the pandemic and being in the forest with wild animals. WINTER ADVISORY Expect snow and ice if you're staying with us during the Winter months. This can lead to power & Internet outages, dangerous driving conditions and possibly make it unsafe to walk around our property with decks and stairs covered in ice. We supply shovels and salt, but you must bring chains for your vehicle's tires to ensure that you can access our home and drive safely. No refunds will be given for road and weather conditions. FIREPLACE Cozy up and enjoy the gas lit fireplace. Synthetic wood provided for use. Do not add wood or place any other items to burn in fireplace.
