What can you expect? clean linens, towels, soap and shampoos (please bring your own soap and shampoo if you prefer as some guests prefer their own) but if you forget them, I do provide them as well. apartments is on the second story, so there are 2 flights of stairs (~ 15 steps) to your unit on the top. Steps are ceramic tile, so please practice good safety measures and utilize handrail (banister) while you are walking up the steps in the living room, where two chairs are located in the window - please keep in mind that there is a step (or elevated platform - pedestal) so please ensure that you don't trip on that. Fire place - is only decorational:) Kitchen lights above the island are tucked in to right side of the wall by the fridge Patio Furniture - please ensure that pillows are brought inside after use, and ensure that furniture is completely covered (as found) when you entered apartment after each use please remove your shoes while inside the apartment to preserve hardwood floors and area rugs Other things to note Parking: On street street parking but I can register your vehicle online as my visitor for up to 3 days, and I would need make model color, year of the vehicle, and the license plate including the state. Nothing needs to be displayed on your dashboard and visitors online registration allows you to park anywhere along Grandview Ave. Bertha street is good option for parking and it’s the first perpendicular street to Grandview Ave. It’s super close and perfectly safe :) You also have paid parking garage on Shiloh street 7-8 min walk from the condo.
