The space The cottage in Pollença is a typical Mallorcan townhouse and is located in the ancient Pollença district, at the foot of the Calvary Mountains. On the ground floor are the kitchen and a large living/ dining room. The patio invites you to have breakfast and at the covered BBQ you can enjoy wonderful barbecue evenings. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms (including 1 with air conditioning) and two bathrooms (including 1 ensuite). Half a floor up is the second living room with adjoining roof terrace. From here, the view extends far over the rooftops of Pollenças to the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains. A bakery and small supermarket are very close.
