Here you will live in a beautiful townhouse in the historic old town of Pollença. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Plaça. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala St. Vicente are about 10 minutes by car. A small supermarket and a bakery are right next door. The space The holiday home in Pollença is a typical Mallorcan townhouse and is located in the ancient district of Pollença, at the foot of the Calvary mountain. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and a large living/dining room. The patio invites you to breakfast and at the covered BBQ you can enjoy wonderful barbecue evenings. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms (1 of them with air conditioning) and two bathrooms (1 of them ensuite). Half a floor higher is the second living room with adjoining roof terrace. From here, the view extends far over the rooftops of Pollença to the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains. A bakery and a small supermarket are in the immediate vicinity.
