Come relax and recharge at The Perch on the Pond, the best kept secret on the Cumberland Plateau! The Perch is a completely remodeled 3 bed/2 bath private home which sleeps 6 people maximum. We are a Pet Friendly retreat on a 13 acre private fishing lake which is restocked year round with catfish, bass, bluegill, crappie. We provide Kayaks and Paddleboards for guests. We are located on Dayton Mountain between Dayton and Pikeville and within an hours drive of Chattanooga and Crossville. The space The Perch is a remodeled manufactured home located in a very quiet and peaceful area of the world. The home sleeps 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and a new sofa bed in the living room. The Perch offers great views with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The yard has a fire pit and seating. The Perch on the Pond is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bedding, towels, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven TV, electric fireplace and hair dryer. The lake (ABC Lake) is a fully stocked 13 acre lake that boasts large mouth bass, crappie, blue gill, sunfish and more. We do not have a boat ramp but there is a public ramp on the other side of the lake. Motorized boats are not allowed. We provide 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for guests to use. Lifejackets can be found hanging above the washing machine.
